Chemicals

Micro- and nanofabrication employs a wide range of chemicals for the many different types of processing steps, and there are some 150 chemicals stored in the Nanolab. Many standard lithographic resists, developers and solvents are provided for lab users, and there are also many chemicals used in specific projects but stored in the evacuated cabinets in the lab. These can be used by other lab users after discussion with the person responsible for the project.
