Facilities
The section for Nanostructure Physics is and active member of a multiuser Nano Fabrication Facility at AlbaNova, one of KTH infrastructures. The facility provides convenient access to the most commonly required experimental fabrication and characterization equipment for nano-scale research.
We have a low temperature measurement laboratory, with several cryostats and a host of low noise and microwave measuremnet equipment. In partnership with a spin-off company from our group, Intermodulation Products AB , we have access to leading edge digital measurement instruments based on FPGA technology.
