Expanding the palate of nanomechanical analysis.
The latest version of the Nanoscope software for Bruker AFM systems (v9.4) includes with streamlined features for cantilever spring constant and deflection responsivity calculations. It also provides improved Peak Force QNM and new features like Fast ForceVolume (FFV), providing a more direct force measurement method that opening up the window of interaction speed. It is configured to support FFV-based Contact Resonance, which is a suitable technique to measure mechanical properties of stiff surfaces.
