Maskless lithographic tools are emerging as a handy tool for rapid prototyping
The SmartPrint system from SmartForce Technologies replaces standard projection camera and mask aligner, while doing away with the need to order masks. While it doesn't do everything, it should replace the existing technology for many applications. The tool has been purchased by the Quantum Nano Photonics group of Val Zwiller, and will be delivered in January. It will available for all Nanolab users.
